We ship Zeeero pan-India through trusted courier and postal partners. Here's exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, pan-India. No minimum cart value required — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) 2–4 business days
Tier 2 cities and most other locations 3–6 business days
Remote areas and the Northeast 5–7 business days

These are typical timeframes — courier networks may occasionally cause delays beyond our control (weather, regional disruptions, peak-season volume).

We dispatch through reputable courier partners depending on your delivery pincode, including:

Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with:

  • The courier name
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link

If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, email support@zeeero.in with your order number and we'll look into it.

Delivery attempts

Most couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If you're unavailable, the courier will usually contact you to reschedule or leave a notice. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out by email to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in this case).

Delays beyond our control

We guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier or postal authorities within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (or the dispatch date agreed at the time of your order). Once a package is with the courier, the onward delivery timeline is controlled by them.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal authorities, including delays due to weather, regional disruptions, peak-season volume, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or recipient unavailability. All orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout, and dispatch and delivery updates are sent to the email address and phone number on your order.

If you believe an order is significantly delayed, email support@zeeero.in with your order number and we will trace the consignment with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email support@zeeero.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item or packaging
