About the product
What is Zeeero made of?
Two ingredients: monk fruit extract and allulose. The 5X concentrated version also contains a small amount of stevia. Nothing else — no erythritol, no maltodextrin, no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, no fillers.
Why no erythritol?
Most "monk fruit" sweeteners on the market are 99% erythritol. We chose allulose instead because it tastes closer to sugar, browns properly in baking, and doesn't have the cooling aftertaste many people dislike in erythritol blends.
What is allulose?
A "rare sugar" that occurs naturally in figs, raisins, jackfruit, and maple syrup. It tastes like cane sugar but contains roughly 90% fewer calories because the body doesn't fully metabolize it.
Is it approved in India?
Yes. All ingredients are FSSAI-approved. Allulose is also recognized as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the US FDA.
Using Zeeero
How much should I use?
For the 1:1 version: one spoon of sugar = one spoon of Zeeero. For the 5X concentrated version: use the included scoop — one small scoop replaces a teaspoon of sugar.
Can I bake with it?
Yes. Both versions work well in cakes, cookies, brownies, kheer, halwa, and other Indian sweets. The 1:1 version is best for measured baking recipes; the 5X works in most everyday recipes too. Very delicate baked goods (meringue, some custards) work best with the 1:1 version.
Will it taste different from sugar?
Most people can't tell the difference in tea, coffee, or baked goods. There's no cooling aftertaste because there's no erythritol.
Will it caramelize?
Yes. The allulose base browns and caramelizes much closer to cane sugar than erythritol does, so cookies, cakes, and breads look the way you'd expect.
Can I cook with it on high heat?
Yes — it's heat-stable. You can use it in stovetop recipes, baking, and slow-cooked sweets.

Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship pan-India through registered courier partners and India Post.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 2–7 business days depending on your pin code.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@zeeero.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available at checkout where the courier network supports it.
Storage and shelf life
How should I store it?
Cool, dry place. Keep the pack tightly sealed.
What's the shelf life?
24 months from the manufacturing date printed on the pack.
Does it clump in humid weather?
Allulose is mildly hygroscopic, so in very humid conditions you may see slight clumping. A quick shake usually fixes it. Storing the pack in an airtight container helps in monsoon months.
