Why Zeeero exists

We started at the back of the pack.

A product can say “monk fruit” on the front, yet use erythritol as its primary ingredient. We wanted to build a different kind of sweetener: one where the ingredient choice is the story, not the fine print.

So we chose monk fruit with allulose — for a clean, sugar-like experience in chai, coffee, desserts and everyday cooking.
